Rich, creamy, and just a little bit indulgent. Pistachio and a whisper of rum open things up, then white peach, peony, and jasmine add a soft floral warmth, before marshmallow and cotton candy settle it into something that smells genuinely like dessert - in the best possible way.
For anyone who considers themselves a gourmand, has strong opinions about gelato, or just wants their house to smell like a very good thing. Pairs well with doing absolutely nothing productive.
